Freight Elevator

It is mostly designed as a hydraulic system. Load systems used in the transportation of cargo and goods pass the tests of institutions such as TSE, MMO and IQNORM. Hydraulic platforms that successfully pass periodic maintenance tests will provide trouble-free service for a long time. These systems, which are produced for load carrying purposes, are lower in terms of comfort and speed than the elevator systems used to transport people. Load lifting systems are evaluated according to capacity and travel distances. Load platforms are used to transport materials or pallets between floors in buildings. Buildings, warehouses, factories, shopping malls, etc. These are the usage areas of load carrying systems. Freight Elevators; It can carry more than 100 Kg or 15000 Kg. It can be designed with hydraulic or machine engine principle. Hydraulic load platform can be manufactured with columns and scissors. The load platform is produced to enable use in the most severe conditions. Again, just like passenger elevators, "Optional" features can be selected on freight platforms. Doors can be swinging, semi-automatic doors, double-winged doors, automatic doors, rolling shutter doors.

Hydraulic Elevator Working Principle

The elevator operating principle is simply explained as follows. The hydraulic fluid is driven by an electrically powered motor. Pistons moving thanks to the liquid lift the load. In these elevators, the downward movement is carried out by the cabin's own weight. In a hydraulic elevator, the engine is generally located at the first stop level. The hydraulic unit consists of the oil boiler, machine assembly and control panel. Hydraulic fluid reaches the pistons through hoses. The pumped oil passes through the hydraulic machine by meeting certain conditions and activates the cylinder through the pipe. The roller platform is connected directly or indirectly. The platform pushed by the cylinder is moved to the required floor with the remote control.

Safety

1- Overflow valve prevents high pressure when the hydraulic platform is lifted.

2- Manual emergency valve allows you to go down to the nearest floor in case of an emergency such as a power outage, earthquake, etc.

4- Hose burst valve cuts off the oil channel to stop the load from falling from the platform when the hose bursts in the hydraulic system.
