How long is the warranty period for your products?
We provide a real warranty between 3 and 5 years depending on the product group: Homelift villa elevator and dining elevator (monocharger) have a 5-year warranty, disabled seat/platform elevators have a 3-year warranty.
Is a license required for a villa elevator?
No. Villa elevators are elevators that do not require a license; There is no need for an elevator shaft and it is implemented without the need to destroy any part of the building.
Which regions do you serve?
We provide service to Istanbul, Adapazarı, Yalova, Tekirdağ and surrounding areas; We have a 24/7 breakdown service. We serve Turkey, neighboring countries and the European market in production and project-based works.
Is the discovery and project service paid?
No, our discovery and project service is free. Transportation within Istanbul is also free for Moncharge elevators.
How often should elevator maintenance be done?
For uninterrupted and safe use, periodic after-sales maintenance of your elevator must be performed regularly. Periodic maintenance is carried out in a planned manner; Interruptions caused by user errors are responded to immediately.
